A selection of the best rows from the Channybearup Vineyard "Back Hill" block using the Gin-Gin clone. Citrus blossom, softly textured, intergrated oak with fine acidity.  Only available on line or at the cellar door.

COMING SOON - This has a vibrant ruby red colour, displaying youthful energy and clarity. Aromas of red fruits and floral notes. Ripe cherries, cranberries and raspberries dominate, accompanied by hints of dried roses & violets. There is a delicate earthiness of forest floor & dried herbs, adding complexity to the aromatic profile.

Hand picked and sorted from block 6 Riversdale, two months on skins then pressed and matured in the finest grain oak we have for 10 months.  Black currant, earth and intense black fruits. Assertive, yet super fine tannins that will reward patience for the next two decades.   

COMING SOON - Deep garnet hue, with a vibrant intensity. Aromas  of ripe blackberries and plum from the Merlot clone 181, complimented by the lifted notes of violets and a touch of bay leaf typical of the Cabernet Franc clone 332. Delicate undertones of fresh tobacco leaf, cedar, and subtle spices.

COMING SOON - This wine is inky with a purple hue with a vibrant garnet edge. Bold notes of ripe blackcurrant and blackberry, courtesy of the Cabernet clones. This is beautifully intertwined with hints of violet and plum, a nod to the Merlot 181 and Malbec. Underlying notes of dried herbs and a subtle spiciness emerge, likely influenced by the Cabernet Franc 332. The Petit Verdot CH 8 adds a gentle waft of pencil shavings and crushed gravel.
