Pale quartz in colour, the bouquet has lime and apple with chalky minerality. This minerality continues on the palate with spices and more lime. The acidity is long and the texture is soft.

Aromas of lime, citrus and orange blossom dominate the bouquet. Light mineral nuances with hints of Juniper and citrus.

Aromas of nutmeg and creamy oak, silky texture with a rich mid-palate.  Made from clones 95, 96 and Gin-Gin. 

Spices, earth with assertive but super fine tannins that will reward patience. 

Rich dark berries, mulberry and subtle oak. Sourced from our best parcels in Margaret River from the sub-region of Wilyabrup. 

Red plums and mulberries are delivered in bright, pure style here with dark, violet florals with savoury notes, such as cedar, gun flint and cloves. The palate delivers a very convincing array of purple-berry and plum flavours that completely coat the mouth. So harmonious, the resolve, depth and purity this wields is so impressive. Long and pure dark-berry flavours abound.
