Exhibition Title: Seaworthy
Artist:  Robert Moore
 
Robert Moore has been making art since 1984 & was a major contributor to the lifestyle label Mambo during the 90’s and 2000’s. Today he is a major contributor of artwork to the motorcycle label Deus Ex Machina both in Australia & across the globe
 
Robert also makes, produces and performs music and has played the bass guitar in solo projects for Robert Forster (The Go-Betweens) and Neil & Tim Finn (Crowded House)
 
Robert has lived in the Clarence Valley in northern NSW for the past 20 years where he continues to be very productive with a daily studio practice. Focusing on landscape content, both regional and urban, he also produces font & numerical pieces & is comfortable with a variety of scales from small to large multi panel wall pieces.
Robert has been collected by most major public galleries in Australia including the National Gallery of Australia as well as private collections around the world.
 
The works on the wall here at the Cherubino Cellar Door are representative of a body of work made in his studio in Grafton NSW during the last half of 2023 for Linton & Kay Galleries.
