Passionfruit and mineral nuances with citrus, accents of lime leaf and juniper. Fermented in oak for 3 months. 

Sourced from the cool end of Margaret River. Citrus, minerals and creamy oak.

A perfumed bouquet of Morello cherry, black pepper and charred cinnamon spice. A long elegant Shiraz which has silky light tannins that are juicy and complex with ripe  fruit flavours and great length.

Black fruit, bay leaf and dark chocolate. Cedar, earth and tobacco. 

Aromas of rose petal, musk and plum. The medium bodied palate presents vibrant berry flavours and fine tannins with a cleansing acidity.

Dominant aromas of barley sugar, citrus blossom and mineral – typical of the Gingin clone, with ample texture and a long, fine acidity.

A Bordeaux blend sourced from the sub-region of Wilyabrup. Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec & Cabernet Franc. Black currant, slate, earth and plums.

Aromas of red earth with a compote of berries and fine nuances of dried bay leaf. The oak is gentle with soft tannins and spice notes with a long complex finish.
