Picked from vineyards in Pemberton, Porongurup and Margaret River, this wine was fermented in 1 and 2 year old French oak, and matured for 10 months prior to bottling.

Fruit for this wine was sourced from our vineyards in the south-west of Western Australia. A softly textured Shiraz with red flowers, black spice and blueberry.

Inky purple. Classic Cabernet aroma of blackcurrant. The wine is medium bodied with primary flavours of blackcurrant and bay leaf, layered with secondary cedar and chocolate. Velvety soft tannins and a long finish.
