Our new varietal field trials the Apostrophe range offers wines that are stylistic blends from our Great Southern vineyards.

Textural and delicious, they are presented without oak character, the whites having spent no time on oak, whilst the red a small time in old and large format barrels. Apostrophe wines are made to drink now and perfectly matched with food.
